This just came in and spoke person for California Department of Justice said, after being in touch with a register of charities and fundraisers. The organization is current, and in good standing, the PA News agent understood stands the issue, arose for my payment, which we thought to have been sent, but we sent it to him not been received however, new records show the required payment was sent by this year and delivered on schedule. The actual foundation said after an investigation that your phone payments made properly, and all papers was filled without error or wrongdoings. Don’t be the problem be the solution

When you send official documents with attachments like receipts and cheques they ask you not to staple it to the document and when the recipient receives sometines they get seperated and mislayed. They kept the pictures and story for a month and released it days before the wedding. Stop falling for their rubbish. It could happen to any organisation. Next time hand deliver it and have it checked in front of you and signed off. Lesdon learned when you are the Sussexes you have to go the extra mile. My understanding was that the Invictus Games charity was registered in the State of Maryland, which gives some of the best tax advantages to non-profits in the USA. Because Harry first moved to the US, he would be required to establish residency, then register a charity in the California, where he lived. After the charity was registered, he then could move its HQ from California to Maryland. This takes considerable time. I could see that someone might have dropped the ball if a) there was a change of staff from one state to another with Maryland assuming that California did its due diligence, b) staff was let go without onboarding of incoming staff meaning important projects were missed, overlooked or not mentioned to incoming staff, c) the State of California was back logged and failed itself to process the application properly, basically sending a letter saying the paperwork was received and giving IG a tax number and green light to function as a non-profit, and d) there was an audit of the papers to insure the well running of the organization for which the oversight was found. That's what audits are for: ensuring that all the ts are crossed. Any accusations of running the charity poorly and the mismanagement of funds can not be made as that is another issue. Thank you for being honest in your attempt to understand the issues. I agree that staff was at fault. However, it could also be that that same staff or even new staff found the mistake and acted accordingly. What I like is that the organization is not denying that it made a mistake and will take care to ensure it doesn't happen again. That's good staff!

You will understand that it was not their fault or the staff but a technical error not their fault but an issue that many organization face. See his interview and you will understand. And also, I think the UK PR has done a good job when Harry was in the UK. He put out an honest statement that put an end to all the speculation and prevented the courtiers with the press to make Harry looks bad as they intended to. They were willing to let all sort of speculation to shift the focus from the Invictus and Harry put a stop to it as soon as he landed. Great job. All and all , Harry came out of it looking good and Charles looking bad for being a vindictive father. So, I disagree, their PR handeled the UK trip perfectly wile the palace were scrambling to put out many doggy narratives.

Okay Professor there is nothing wrong with criticism when it is appropriately necessary. What amazes me is that you never criticize the many errors William and Charles Charities do. Ex: cash for honours or the judges of earth shot that were fired because of sexual abuse and tax fraud. I find it very hard to see what use Harry and Meghan can be as regards fundraising when their brand is all but finished??? I mean they won't appeal to Royalists, they are sort of woke but seem to have gone quiet on that front lately. If they fronted a campaign for slavery reparations it would at least make life interesting, or started a legal case against the Royal Family for unfair dismissal. It does seem to me Harry and Meghan have been gagged to some extent and consequently exist in a space where they don't have supporters. Having worked for a charity as administrator i can tell you the charities commision take a very dim and stern view with severe penalties if audits are not presented within the financial year ranging from fines to disbarment of directors even closing the charity down, i would imagine the US are less robust given the outright thievery of BLM charity, nonetheless it sends a bad signal to the world around Harry and wifes ability to fully take control and responsibility of their affairs, there comes a time when you have to stop the mollycoddling of these two and realise they are wrong uns.
