A couple of corrections to your monologue; 1) Harry was not "forced" to walk behind his mother's casket, he made that decision just as William did. Prince Phillip offered to walk with them as support and because he could use his age to mask the boys if one of them faltered - Prince Phillip had a car driving behind the procession that he could put the boys in, 2) Harry is provided with security as long as he provides 28 days prior notice to the HO, which he never does, BUT on the point of protection the Princess Royal does not have protection unless she is performing royal duties- can't have it both ways.

Harry wasn’t forced to walk behind the coffin. The family was very concerned about the decision either way, and Harry decided to walk behind the coffin because his grandfather Prince Philip would be next to him. Harry didn’t want to be ‘left out’, the only male not walking. He chose to do that.

The Happy Birthday wish is royal protocol. Non working royals don’t get a public announcement unless their age ends in a zero. He got one because it’s his 40th, he won’t get an announcement next year. It means nothing.

There are no birthday notifications for non working Royals, unless the birthday ends with a zero. Harry's next will be when he is 50 years old. Meghan received 40th Birthday good wishes from the British Royal family on her 40th birthday.

He never will too much $$$$ involved for him rinsing and repeating the Diana story. Just like Rachel and her washing up liquid story. The US keeps paying them over and over again for the same stories. Back in the UK no coin would be paid for this nonsense.
