The mayor seemed genuinely concerned about the matter and the NYPD will definitely be undertaking a review and report of what occurred. NY has many famous people living there. They all seem to be able to go about their lives without getting caught up in 2 hour car chases. And what kind of security lets a car chase go on for 2 hours?
