Prince Harry set to receive Pat Tillman Award for Service at 2024 ESPYs

Prince Harry is set to receive the Pat Tillman Award for Service at the 2024 ESPYs, it was announced Thursday.
The Duke of Sussex, 39, and former NFL safety Steve Gleason were announced as the recipients of the esteemed Arthur Ashe Award for Courage and the Pat Tillman Award for Service, respectively, at the July 11 ceremony.
“This one is for our entire service community,” Harry said after learning of the honor.

While on a five-month tour in Afghanistan, he served as a co-pilot gunner - sharing flying duties and taking control of the weapons of the two-man Apache. Pat Tillman was a great Arizona Cardinal player and great American Hero who is still honored across the Phoenix valley. Years later, when someone begins to share the story of an Arizona football player and 9-11 you know exactly who it is, his name is still remembered and his sacrifice honored. He was truly dedicated to his family, America, and his Arizona family. Harry represents none of that.

Giving the award to Harry is an insult to the American hero and his family. Pat Tillman gave up a multimillion personal wealth contract to serve his country and died for it, while Harry gave up his born duties of public service to pursue personal fame and wealth with his cable TV actress wife in Hollywood. Invictus game is great event but harry and his wife turned it into their PR machine for fame and opportunities. The actual work of Invictus game was handled by the Invictus game organization funded by British royal family. It is a total embarrassment.
