Why cant we get a super deluxe release of this! I personally believe Prince was at his zenith around 87-89 !!!! So prolific!!!!!!!! His concerts were unmatched!!!!!!!!

Yes, that tells you 1 thing, which was usually the case, Princes music Sounded better recorded as a band. As good a musician as prince was , his mistake was recording them with him playing all the instruments. I mean, look at sign of the times live show, Icnttpoym was so much better. Playing with a band brings something more 2 it. Chunks of purple rain we live recordings with overdubs.

@@matthewmartin5610 both ways worked pretty well honestly.. with or without a band.. I play the studio versions jus as much as the live versions.. Prince's music was fun key with or without a band...hands down.

Not Dortmund. These are soundchecks from Dallas (TX) and Osaka, Japan. Dortmund is already released as a good quality MP4 bootleg for a long time.
