The level 4 trick to get the guard to open the shortcut door is a first for me. Don't know how common knowledge this one is. I'm learning it 31 years after I first played POP1.

Fun fact: This version has larger graphics than the Pc-9801 and perhaps more color in the characters and overall the levels themselves.

damn the sprites look so inefficient, the frame drops are abysmal, but this is an interesting port! Thanks for sharing this!

Заметил что в версии для Х68К нет звука ударения об стену принцем,например в такой же версии для PC98 есть это,и еще в какой то версии тоже нет,не помню в какой,эта игра много где выходила,классика! 👍

Haha you don't need to get the sword in level 1 and in level 2 you have the sword.

The performance kills it really bad though. It's unplayable on base 10MHz models.

@@Spaztron64 2 problems, this version has inconsistent frame rates, and this version doesn't have the speed menu of the PC98 and FM Towns versions so combat is stuck at being very slow.

Graphics look much better compared to snes and genesis versions. The only issue is with chopped animations.
