As bold and arrogant as he could be (with good reason), he was so modest. His face at 0:21 is the perfect example. As I told my 15-year-old daughter the night he died, people will still be talking about Prince when she's a very old woman. In another 200 years, he'll be viewed as being on the same level as Mozart was 200 years before him. What a terrible shame that he had to go when he did, but what a privilege to have lived in the same time as him and to have been able to enjoy his gifts for as long as we did. Rest in peace, beautiful man. I truly love you.

Not sure if ALL religions when Prince is talking about Jehovah Witness ideology up there AND later in the award show turns 'The Cross' into 'The Christ' but ohkayyy. It's interesting how fans, maybe new fans, don't know that at this time Prince was very JW and he even started to go after fans, shutting down fan sites that the only thing they had as far as content was Prince photos, album reviews, concert experiences and thats it. Many fans back in 1998 were hit with traumatic cease and desist letters. Prince even shut down 'The Prince Family' newsletter which has amazing inside information. It was an ugly time as far as I, a 30 plus year super fan, was concerned. His music sucked too.. what the hell was New Power Soul. Totally destroyed from the original Lovesexy concept! You can really tell that Prince didn't do music for popularity but for himself in aim to share his genius God's gift and creativity with the world. To bring joy in people's life. He was not about numbers but about the quality and spiritual meaning music at its best does have. When he said ,, it's all about who you help and what you put into the bank of heaven.'' these words are so wise, so humble and so powerful. He was very intelligent man. And in a matter of musicality I'd say he was the greatest Genius who ever lived.

Its almost 2020.i remember him as being funny his smiles that last concert. In atlanta little did i know it would be the last. Time i would see him. I remember the last words from the movie under the cherry moon when he smiled and said we had fun didnt we. To that. I say yes we did. Unlike some i loved the movie under the cherry moon. It wasnt a bad movie.it was funny and prince having fun it wasnt about money it was about him having fun and enjoying. What. He loved. He gave so much to others. He is. It's 2020, 4 yrs after my world shattered. Trying to get thru quarantine. I've watched every video YT has of this amazing, caring and insanely talented man. TWICE. Some of them more. The one with the Muppets, when I needed a pick me up and a good laugh. Purple Rain and It Never Snows in April when I wanted to cry. Many others when I wanted to dance and get funky crazy. What can I say. After 4 yrs the feeling is still raw. Wonder what he would have made of all this isolating that's going on. I imagine him being at PP churning out music like a mad scientist. Because that's what Prince did. RIP Beautiful One. 😪💔✌

Definitely left a legacy. And a positive one at that. He dedicated his whole life to music and to help young artists. Not only that, but I remember a live interview shortly after his passing with his friend, McMillan, head of (love 4 one another charities?). who was asked what does he remember Prince the most. And crying he said "friend" and someone who was humble, who donated not only to "love 4 one another" but to other countless charities secretly.
