Here's a Prince story: A guy I know was in a restaurant and noticed Prince, not wanting to bother him for an autograph he asked a waiter to tell Prince that he would pay for his meal, the waiter came back and said Prince said thank you- but no thanks. Prince shortly left. When the bill came for his own meal the waiter told him it was already paid for by Prince. What a low key class move. RIP Legend.

Wasn’t expecting him to have such humility, introspection and hold such deep moral and religious principles based off his Concert performances and risky metro Sex dress attire. But he is a Gemini ♊️ So I’m guessing there’s another suppressed personality in there somewhere The Prince in this interview, would NEVER defile his TEMPLE by using or needing Drugs. He’s lucid.... centered... zero signs of being nervous or shy. Excellent communicator, good listener, caring and I also heard he was Vegan. He held a high regard for himself, his Temple and should have lived until a minimum of 150 yrs. Otherwise, I just can’t by into the overdose at his own 🤚🏼HANDS🤚🏼

@@girl123boy456 you should watch some other interviews, too. All show somewhat different parts of his character. Also, I'm sure you probably know by now since your post was months ago, but most of us are fairly certain he only died bc he took what we now call counterfeit drugs. Pain medication that has been created to look identical to the drug you intend to take, but one that has been made by murderers mixing fentanyl with the wanted drug and "pressing" it into a mold that looks like the real pills. If you aren't used to high levels of opioids, taking fentanyl can kill you. No proof of that, of course, but in my opinion, his death was some degree of homicide.

@Darrin Robinson why do you believe it would be pronounced that way?
@brighteyez4u3975 жыл бұрын
@Darrin Robinson I found it very hard to keep a straight face and not laugh at the audacity you seem to have.🤦🏻♀️ You claim most people ignorant and uneducated all while YOU spew a huge load of undeserved, self-righteous, misspelled, incoherent, and incomplete ideas hid in a mess ignorant word vomit.🤔 I believe you are attempting to say that most people are ignorant and unthinking sheep, and instead you prove yourself to be exact those things. Your thoughts are unfinished and prove that you have not come to these conclusions or had ideas on your own. I don't believe you to have the education, reasoning, deductive skills, nor the common sense to come up with most of what you said by your own volition. You give out the impression of a person that has heard these ideas from someone much more educated than yourself. Now you are attempting (quite poorly if I may add) to recite dated and uninteresting rhetoric that I'm sure you have heard or had taught to you your whole life.😒 The "Love Symbol o(-+>" is not a symbol of any "deity"!😄 It is an image that was invisioned by, designed by, and created by none other than Prince Rogers Nelson himself . The symbol is meant to be a physical representation of his marriage to Mayte, their life together, the growth of their love, and him choosing to leave his past behind a become a new (and perhaps better) man. It is based in the combination of the symbols for male and female to show he and Mayte are now joined together, as one, in marriage. The cross line is used to represent how their love grew from something small and that it will continue to grow. Because Prince created the symbol, he is the only person that has the right to give it a name, pronunciation, meaning, or (thanks to it being copyrighted) a purpose and use. Please, in the future you should take the time to educate yourself, or know what you're talking about, before you make a public comment that does nothing but put your ignorance on display. Unless you enjoy being laughed at and embarrassed, I suggest you take time to proof read what you write before you post. Be sure to check for incomplete sentences, unfinished ideas, improper grammar, spelling errors, and ESPECIALLY unprovoked hate speech.
@brighteyez4u3975 жыл бұрын
@Darrin Robinson you have talked in many circles, contradicted yourself multiple times, rambled on without making a coherent statement, presumed to know things that you are obviously clueless about, lashed out at me with ignorance and hate because I apparently offended you, and somehow managed confused me so much that I feel dizzy! I cant even piece together enough to deem a comprehensive reply. I value my time, effort, and sanity more than it will take for me re-read your comments, try to decipher whatever point you are really trying to make, or attempt to put them into cohesive thoughts. I mean, you have shockingly stated twice that you dont believe in ANYTHING. That is such an abstract thought that I cant even grasp the concept of it. I've never met a person who doesn't believe that anything. That must mean nothing has ever existed in time or space except you. Like, do you live so far out in deep space that there is nothing except you, alone and floating around as the only thing that exists or has ever existed? If that's the case, then perhaps you can take some solace in the knowledge that I'm nothing more than your imagination. By using your "no belief" logic, none of these comments are even real and are nothing more than a delusion you are experiencing. All of this, everything ever created or imagined, including the delusion of a planet, and the concept of life, humans, emotions, language, and every thought, sound, or image you have ever experienced are not real. They cant possibly exist because YOU dont believe in "anything". I however believe that I exist and I know that im am not floating in a void of nothingness. I wish you clarity of mind, that you discover something to "believe in", and that another being comes into your existence by somehow finding it way to you. What a lonely life you must have to live. 🙁🤷🏻♀️

This is such a great interview. He was very soft spoken, but razor sharp. A smart and talented man that made many great songs.
@suraya12242 жыл бұрын
Prince's off-stage persona here is soft- spoken, humble, & quietly confident. I admired his ability on so many musical instruments. It's unfortunate that he chose to market his music via going the route of hyper-sexual stage antics as his image, & in his music videos. (Maybe advised by the record label, or his management, although he did say he does what HE wants to do, so...). He said his spiritual well-being was important to him, that he wanted to be dependant on God, & that his work was inspired by God. It's sad that he didn't succeed in finding peace, & was a drug addict. He died in an elevator in his home in MN, in April 2016, 2 months before his 58th birthday, of an overdose of Vicodin (oxycontin) mixed w/black market Fentanyl, an opioid 30 times stronger than heroin. In his last public photo, he looked tiny, gaunt, balding, nearly unrecognizable. A couple of days before he died, an assistant picked up 2 separate prescriptions of Vicodin for him at a pharmacy, twice on the same day. The day he died, police found bottles of narcotics scattered all over his house, including in a huge makeup drawer, with black hair dye, wads of vash, & a ziplock bag labeled "opium". He had lived in the home all his adult life, which was decorated w/his musical achievements, yet lacking personal touches, such as photos of family & friends. Prince was married to dancer Mayte Garcia, 1996--1999. She said they met when she was 16, he adopted her when she was 17, & he 32, almost twice her age; then he put her on birth control a week before they had sex. They married 5 yrs later. She became pregnant the same year w/ their son, Amiir ('Prince', in Arabic), who was diagnosed w/ Pfeiffer's Syndrome type 2, at birth, & died a few days later. The genetic mutation causes deformities of the skull, face, hands, & feet. She became pregnant again, but miscarried another son, 'Boy Gregory'. In her memoir, she said Prince then "humiliated her, banished her, & expected her to disappear." She now lives in Las Vegas, & was diagnosed w/M.S., but manages it w/ medication. She has an adopted daughter. Prince met Manuela Testolini when she was 24, & he 43. They married in 2001, but she filed for divorce 5 yrs later. Prince was Raised 7th Day Adventist. His bass player, Larry Graham, of Sly & The Family Stone, moved next door to him in Minneapolis, & for 2 yrs, persuaded Prince to convert to Jehovah's Witness (2001). Graham is also the uncle of rapper, Drake.

Larry King was star struck. Prince had a easy open air about himself. He pulled you in with eyes voice gesture. Made you want to remain in his sphere. He was truly special.

He was so soft spoken yet so articulate. Such a beautiful person man I'm so devastated he's gone... Purple Rain forever.

Love this interview. The opinion of others of me IS NOT my issue. Love Prince's comments regarding his privacy and his craft. Love to hear about his journey with stepping inwardly to be his highest essence of spirit! Thank you!
