I am having severe repeating thoughts, is there a cure of this? It's causing me to have an effect of belief that Allah isn't good for me because of the thoughts I experience. Sister please avoid spiritual healers. Read Al baqarah for 45 consecutive days, surat al kahf on fridays and take very deeeeeeeeep breaths into the thoughts. When you think those thoughts, do you feel them surface in your body? Di they tighten your chest? Do you feel it in your stomach? What physiological side effects apart from the dizzy spells do you feel? Whatever they are, just keep breathing for 5 counts breathing in and hold for 20 seconds.... it's just neurological pathways that have been built up over time, dont worry.... it might be a spiritual or psychological pain that is not being addressed? Is it rooted on insecurity? A type of shame/guilt? An anger? What is the nature of the thought? Xx
