Princess Diana in Bosnia and Herzegovina (1997)

On 9 August 1997, Diana, Princess of Wales travelled to Dobrinja in Bosnia and Herzegovina to meet a group of landmine victims. The visits were part of the princess' anti-landmine campaign, which saw Diana working with charities and victim support groups across a region ravaged by the violent breakup of Yugoslavia. At the time of the Dobrinja visit, which occurred just three weeks before Diana's death on 31 August 1997, the princess' relationship with Dodi Fayed was the subject of intense media speculation. One Sunday newspaper had confirmed that it had bought photographs of the pair together on the Fayed family yacht.

Unfortunatly Diana did not set out to be a mental health advocate although she told about her BPD symptoms with paranoia. Still a tabu today, for this reason you think the truth is damaging her memories.

She was a serial homewrecker not interested in the wifes and their children. She stalked Oliver Hoare and his wife, a police case. She was was mean to people around her, fired more than 40 people. She had a comphlex character.

...Yes, she did good. But she was no saint....She did good because she wanted to impress Dodi. After she split with Hasnat Khan she wasen't very much interested in charity anymore. She had a complex character: She could be very mean to people in her environment and you must be ignorant not to know that she kicked her stepmother downstairs when she was 28 years old, hit Charles, damaged property, stalked people until the police came, did several times adultery without caring for wifes and kids of her lovers, blamed Charles and Camilla and Tiggy several times falsly in public, lied to people to get pitty from public to get a "no fault" divorce to stay a famous princess. Wanted to kick out Charles from his job to do it alone to stay a working royal. She suffered boderline personality disorder symptoms because of her traumatizing childhood, suffered under extreme jealousy and paranoia. She was addicted to medications, tabloids and public attention, faim. She never wanted to step after the divorce in the second line to have a normal life like her sisters. She would never visit people regulary in hospitals without witnesses or paparazzis. In contrary, she felt ignored, not loved enough when she doesn't stand in the middle of attention. In the family or in public. Decades ago it was called Diana-Mania when people ignored her weak side but adored her like a saint. Diana thought Diana-Mania fans exagerate and said she never said she is without mistakes.🎉

I remember Harry seeing these kids grown up and he said how they saw her more recently than he and William did. That broke my heart a little when he said that! The poor boys didn’t see enough of Diana. They were forced to spend half their time with Charles and the rest at boarding school. I’m surprised Diana sent her sons to boarding school to be honest as I thought she would be the mother that wants her to be with her kids 24/7. But I guess the establishment and Charles forced her decision.
