"Biggest cover-up in modern media history..." Are you not familiar with the American press corps? It's scary when as an American you have to rely on foreign news to give a somewhat accurate report on what is happening in your country.

Australia has better reporting of American news than what we get here. We no longer have a real press corps. All you get is talking heads of democrat party. Fox did report labs owned and ran by people from China Biologic lab in California, hundreds of dead rats, there hundreds of vials with no labels. Some of the vials had live HIV viruses in them, some had Hepatitis A, B, C in them, Some had Covid 19 in them. Heard nothing about any arrest of people running lab. Heard nothing on main stream media about it. Did here a little more about it on the debate channel far congress. questioning the guy over homeland security. But I do see on mainstream media the talking heads claiming we all need to wear mask and get another covid shot. I will not wear mask, will not get covid shot.

God bless Tom Bower! In this era of reporters who merely regurgitate stuff from the Internet, he is one of a vanishing breed, that is, the investigative reporter. He knows what he’s talking about and cannot be tripped up, because he has done his research! always a great interview, never disappoints… And isn’t it interesting that no one sues him or tries to shut him up. It’s because he tells the truth!

Tom Bower’s Revenge book (the response to Harry’s Spare book) was so good! I also watched The chapter by chapter review of his book on KZbin by Cheere Denise. It was fantastic. Shows so much of Meghan’s ruthless ways from her childhood to entangling Harry and her Revenge at Queen Elizabeth.

The fact remains that poor Diana should have been smarter than to give any interview like that. No one forced her to say those very foolish things. Was she being used and manipulated? Yes. But she should have known enough to be very suspicious and cautious. The once great BBC sucks.
@CNoone-mc8dn
@CNoone-mc8dn Жыл бұрын
I think the only reason she did it was because she was terrified of the ‘car crash’ and maybe hoped if enough people heard about it, they couldn’t have carried it through? Also she wanted to clear up that the problem marriage was not all her fault by any means, and I thought she was very polite in the way she said that. She was right about not becoming Queen. Bashir on the other hand was desperate to get that interview thinking only of himself, not the trauma Diana was going through or indeed any of the rest of the royal family. What a lying, greedy, self obsessed man, sold out our lovely Diana to make a name for himself! Well he’s shot himself in the foot now, hope we never have to see him ever again!

@@CNoone-mc8dn I refer you to the video of Sept 1,2022 on Lady Colin Campbell’s channel. When researching her last book on Diana, Lady C was shown Irrefutable proof that Diana called the Paps ahead, to tell them when/ where she would be in Paris, so they COULD chase her. Diana was trying to show off for Dodi how popular she was. So, sadly, Diana was at least partially responsible for her own demise. Mohammed wanted Diana for his daughter in law & Dodi was going to oblige Daddy. If you recall, at the time, Dodi ways engaged to a model, who he dumped, so he could date Diana. Very superficial people involved.

So are we supposed to believe that Diana knew nothing about Dodi's father? Reports say that Diana felt uncomfortable around Jimmy Saville,yet we are supposed to believe that Diana knew nothing about Saville? Sick of this BS...For Diana to go on tv and do that interview is no different to what Harry is doing. I was only young when she married Charles,but all that looking down at the floor in a sheepish way in front of the camera did not fool me. Instead of her looking shy,she looked sly to me. She was manipulating the public. Courting the press when she wanted them there,then complaining when she didn't. With Harry moaning about his saintly mother being a victim regarding the press. William said that he remembered differently to Harry. William used to plead with his mother not to call the press on occasions when they were supposed to be on family holidays etc. William hated the intrusion. What mother throws themselves down the stairs while pregnant?..Did Diana think of William and Harry when she went on tv? William suffered ridicule at school because of what she did. Sorry but diana was no saint.

Earl Spencer is “too little, too late” when it comes to defending Princess Diana against the BBC or anyone else for that matter. Earl Spencer wasn’t there for Diana when she needed him during her challenges w/the RF & despite everything SHE had done for him in caring for him when he was a small boy. So from my perspective his interest in defending her now is all based on a desperate need to sooth his guilty conscience.

My fave conspiracy theory (in that watch the train wreck sort of way) was that Al Fayed had destroyed a LOT of families in his climb to the top....and it was one of them who was after the car. DODI was the target...killing Fayed's son would be their revenge. And if anyone ever proved that it was nurder, it would be assumed that Diana was the target....she'd caused a lot of misery to the Royal family by then. Fayed's enemies would never be caught (actually i think the cause was a roaring drunk driver in a large car trying to drive through a narrow tunnel at 40-50 kms OVER the speed limit.)

May not have colluded with Martin Bashir , but in the very first documentary that revealed what had actually gone on, he did say he blamed himself for his sister doing the interview. He said it was because he was convinced by all the material that he’d been shown, and he told her she ought to do it. He then went on to say that within a very short while he changed his mind, because he realised that the evidence was false. When he then tried to stop her agreeing to an interview, It was too late because she’d already done so, and was thoroughly convinced by the evidence that she was shown. This was not the BBC’s finest hour by any means . As for Earl Spencer, we will heard him declare at his sister’s funeral that the blood family of William and Harry would be there for them and look after them. But they haven’t done a very good job with Harry have they?

He gave false documents to convince the Earl of Spencer to have an interview with Diana that in turn showed an already paranoid Diana to go full brink of insanity making damning comments on that interview. Good example is forging documents to look like one of her palace press secretary was conspiring against her by constantly leaking to the media. Part of Diana’s hysteria started in childhood with her parent’s divorcing and was separated from her mother while growing up and had the idea that if she did separate from Charles her children would be separated from her. Her own grandmother, the mother of her mother, backstabbed her mother to give child custody to their father would was recounted to have been the abuser in the marriage. What a lot of people are missing is that Diana had no source of trust growing up, to realize that happy marriage she wanted was never going to have that foundation of trust when Charle’s heart and soul rested with another woman. Her only source of trust was her sons, and as she was erratic, she did it to make Charles look bad so she’d win support. That interview really backfired on her in many ways, William was outraged and embarrassed by her tricks, it was the low blow towards Charles to say he wouldn’t be a good king and the title should go to William (something that Charles had to deal with to this day), and this was the final straw that had the Queen request the two get divorced. Diana is lucky that the royal family are not as cold as she painted them to be. As much as the family was not please how she messed up, they understand the importance of making sure she was still apart of William’s and Harry’s life. Keep in mind, Prince Philip went through a horrible childhood of how his parents were missing from his life, he likely didn’t want that outcome for any other member of his family if he could help it. Tragically this interview was what made Diana paranoid that she declined any palace security offered to her that eventually led her to visit Fayad in South Europe and that led her to be under the care of the Fayad team in Paris. So to make the point, the lies Bashir told Diana led her to the events of the Paris car crash.

Then why in an interview that fayed did say that he told them to stay at the Ritz hotel? There is some weird stuff surrounding that case.
