The 22-year-old European royal recently earned a degree in History and Politics from Oxford University. For the annual event, she chose a bright pink dress. Each year, Belgium celebrates National Day to commemorate the Duke of Saxe-Coburg, Leopold, swearing allegiance to the Belgian Constitution, thereby becoming the first King of Belgium.
