Happy (Official) Birthday King Charles! I am delighted that Catherine and the children could partake of the festivities! It was nice to see Prince Edward and Sophie's daughter (Lady Louise Mountbatten-Windsor) with them too. It was also nice to see the Duke (Prince Richard) and Duchess (Brigitte) of Gloucester at the event (the youngest of the "old" royals) I couldn't see anyone (other than the shoulder of Princess Anne) on the other side of balcony. It's permissable to call her Kate in the third person. Princess Catherine is a style you can refer to. But it is okay to call her Kate. Don't get your knickers in a twist. Nobody likes performative outrage. Especially when it is based on ignorance of proper etiquette. One would think a subject to His Royal Higness, King Charles, should know that!
