Our son is having a house in Princeton. It's a good place and silent area. 5 months I have seen Princeton and surrounding areas.

Princeton has grown leaps and bounds over the past 2 years one of the reasons is the tech jobs are going north. I live in Dallas but will be relocating to Princeton when my lease is up next year

From someone who lives there now, don’t, it’s the worst place in Texas. Takes sometimes 2 hours to get to Dallas and 2 hours to get home.

If you have children avoid Princeton. The ISD is 20 years behind. The superintendent is a loser and the school board refuses to adjust. There is quite a bit of negative press that has happened in the past 2 years. Do your research. The data is inaccurate. I know because I worked there and had access to student data district wide.
