I live in Norfolk and graduated from Maury High School in 2016 and this is exactly like what we did. Except nobody ever named an elephant at the Virginia Zoo after a Chappelle's Show character, but if we did, we probably would have named it after the crackhead.

Kenan's coach character rings so true for most of us I think. I remember so many assemblies where some faculty member lost it and balled out the kids.
