Still don’t get the difference between aggregate spending constraint and real balance effect.

Revisit this video and I think I know the difference. Let’s say I have 100 dollars and Big Mac is 5 dollars. I can buy 20s. If Big Mac is 10 dollars now, I can only buy 10s due to aggregate spending constraint. However I may decide to buy 8s to save some money. This is real balance effect.

Really dope lecture. Connects all the dots together and goes over everything. Compared to this, my prof doesn't teach for shit and somehow expects us to know this stuff from the book. Why am I paying for lectures? lameee
