Can you give the real life examples of value based , cost based and competition based pricing

Take a example of any coffee shop or restaurant who charged double or triple money as compared to simple "Chai Dhaba or tea stall". Coffee shop or restaurant use value based pricing strategy while chai dhaba use cost based pricing strategy. similar Apple use value based pricing strategy.
