The song itself is kinda memey, since the lyrics are a bit rubbish and it has the unique combination of jazz + rap. The joke beyond this here is that, as the song is from his perspective, Knuckles knows how to play the saxophone and is really into jazz, which goes against his usual hard headed, naive and "rougher than the rest of 'em" self, while also playing into how some people found Movie Knuckles "sexy" after Idris Elba said he'll try his hardest to not make him sexy.
