It corrected my problem with just printing 8.5 x 11. The print would be within the cut lines but would cut off half the print when printing. It’s that ‘apply then cancel’ which shows you where to put your image. Thank you, thank you and thank you!!!! I was about to pull some hair out.

I did login follow your directions to the tea but my screen didn’t appear like yours so I’m still trying to figure out how to change the sizing method I think it’s my computer and I also downloaded the epson software

Hi I am printing 8x11 so I have changed cutting mat to none now I have chosen my media size as 11.693x 16.535 which is A3 size the print set up border has widened like your video when I go to cut it is still cutting out wrong bigger cut if anything the 8x11 paper is to small for cutting my 8x11 image it hangs over a bit and silhouette flags why I chose a bigger medium size.
