Canva is unserviceable for t-shirt design due to there has no option to choice dpi and colour mode like rgb or cmyk. Am i right? If you don't agree then please right answer to me. If you no answer about this i think " I am right ". Thanks

No. I have been using Canva for all my designs for years without any problem. DPI is dots per inch printed and will depend on the size of the item you are printing on while pixels is the number of dots on the screen. If you make a design that is say 4000x4000 pixels and they print it on a 10x10 inch product then you would have 400 DPI on the print. The colors will also be converted from the screen colors to the print colors. No issues at all.
