I actually think that giving people false hopes is putting them on a path to failure. I would much rather know that things can be really tough, that I have to be prepared to put up with a lot of crap but that if I do and if I am able to do things better, then in the end, I can succeed. I opened my shop about a year and I didn't really put too much work into it until November 2023 because of illness (COVID queen here lol 6 times) . I had a few sales during holidays, 9 to be exact, but since then nothing. I don't know whether it's my designs, SEO, I could just be unlucky especially since my friends have called me a jinx for years 😂 I just don't know. I am a subscriber, have been for awhile because you have always came across as honest. I watched so many videos that talk about how easy POD is which didn't sound right to me. Then I found you. Thank you for being there and keeping me trying ❤

Maybe I'm doing myself a disservice here but I genuinely don't listen to any other pod KZbinrs. What I like is you don't sugercoat anything and say it like it is. I really really need to make a start. I have a few designs but if you could direct me through a walkthrough video or something like an ebook on your website I'd be happy to pay. Thanks again. 👍🏻

You told me that Redbubble is not the best solution so I would like to try some other print-on-demand website. Teepublic, they banned me without reason. With Printify and Etsy I am afraid to start because if it happens for ex. to get a lot of orders at once I do not have so much money to cover expenses to Printify. Thank you for this video. Great advice and I had already planned to have 6-12 months of income set aside with a good active POD income flow before I quit my 9-5. This reinforced that thinking.

I do agree that it's not GRQ. However it's also a mindset thing. If you think it's going to be really, really hard then it will be. I try to be realistic but I also try to be positive, as in, I have the ability to succeed, I can be the one that has that luck. That's what keeps me going at the tough times - belief that success is on its way 😊

I have designs that I dare not give to POD platforms based on Reddit reviews. I haven't signed up to Etsy or Amazon or Shopify because I don't want to give them my personal details & don't want them to control my cashflow according to their rules. So I'm stuck holding my designs with nowhere to print or post. Thinking of buying a Heat Press machine but reading the Amazon reviews, decided not to. Besides I don't have a printer.

Wow. 5000 pounds can go a long way in countries like Thailand. Even in Singapore for the average person (not expats that regularly mail order items from England for example). U can live pretty well in Japan.// I need $2300 to $3800 USD a month for 2 persons.
