I'm looking for help. If I have 14 employees, and all together they handled a volume of 2,015 customers in one month, each one working a different amount of days in the month. Like employee A worked all 20 days in the month but employee B worked 8 days that month, if they handled 141 customers each but employee B did it in only 8 days vs. employee A who did it in 20 days; (and everybody else each have a different amount) How can I calculate the percentage of the load they handled according to the days they worked that month? for each person. or what would the productivity percentage be? or I guess how efficient each one is. Do you have a video that can help me formulate something like this?

Hi Luis! This is an interesting question & brings up a couple more questions: Would you penalize someone for being more efficient? Are they truly being more efficient or could they be cutting corners? Does the revenue change based on time spent per customer? The KPI-Bonus template might be a good place to start and lets you outline what the targets are for measuring high performance - kzbin.info/www/bejne/oX-aZJqjaM2EhZI&t Also a performance review template might help as well - kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y5Oui6aYmb2Bfrs&t Feel free to reach out to info@timesavingtemplates.com if you have any other questions!

How do you keep track and separate monthly pet/utilities charges?

thanks for your interest in the templates! If you have different types of charges you want to track, you might want to try the income source tracking template here - timesavingtemplates.com/product/income-source-tracking-template-excel-sales-tracking-spreadsheet/ This way you can set up to 7 types of income sources and it will track totals of each. Otherwise with the landlord template, it would lump all income into 1 income column. I hope this helps! Let me know if there's any other questions.
