Have you tried using a custom scale when printing with bull zip? It says choose “fit” under page size but you can also change the scale to maybe 110% so that it’s zoomed in a little and that may be cut off those big margins!

It's not just canada. The US too is a big hassle lately. I'm losing out about $10 everytime I ship something because the website is giving me a price, I quote the price and get paid then I go in to mail it and it's more - by, like, a lot - finally I just started doing it online even though that's an even bigger pain than driving and going in. Maybe that's why they inflate it "convenience charge". So you didn't bore me lol

For anyone that has a non-zpl printer. Let me show you how to get it working properly for ChitChats. I have a rollo printer that also prints like the munbyn printer in the video. Please note that this is for windows, I do not know how to change these settings on a Mac but it should work the same if you know how to change the settings. 1. Click the windows key and search 'Printers & Scanners' 2. Click 'Printer & Scanners' 3. Find label printer from printer list 4. Click on printer 5. Click on Manage 6. Click on Printing Preferences 7. Go to Settings tab 8. Change speed to 3.5 9. Change Density to 6 10. Change Horizontal to 4 11. Change Vertical to 4 12. Under Custom Paper, change width to 100 and height to 100 and save the Custom Paper 13. Go to Layout tab 14. Click Advanced 15. Change Paper Size to your custom paper Voila! Your label printer should now print ChitChats 4x6 labels properly. Of course, if you use another service, you would have to switch the Paper Size. This is also how you can print on smaller label papers. These settings work the best for me but, feel free to experiment with the settings to get a better result. Hope this helps! c;

I ordered a print recently from inprint because an artist was removing the artwork from her store and although they are high quality prints, for the 8x8 print I ordered with shipping to Canada it became a bit costly that I almost didn’t buy it. Of course it’s always up to you, but personally I think if you did switch, it would be nice if you kept the smaller ones in your shop.

Cat print has a Canadian site/manufacturer you can order from. I think the prints come from the Toronto area but I’m not sure shipping rates. That would get rid of the customs though.

wait, if it spits out an extra label with every print, what do you do with all the spare blank labels? (never had a thermal label printer). Ps when you say peanuts, the cc comes out as a similar sounding but not the same word, you may like to correct that... to keep the pg rating I can't say the word. I remember ages ago I used to be able to correct transcripts on yt, guess they stopped that.
