I don't usually comment on music videos but i absolutely had to just on the slim chance you might see my thanks for creating this. This is so hauntingly beautiful. All these serene and beautiful melodies coming through like degraded film soundtracks eroded by time and tarnished radiosignals running through so much interference, at times struggling so much to bring even just a little bit of beauty into the present to comfort or maybe even console the listener. The vocals and lyrics complimenting that feeling so perfectly. And the idea that its a message not from someone who doesn't necessarily know what its like, or who's guessing at your struggles, but in fact from your future self who knows it all personally just seals it all so much. Making it so all the distortions so clearly convey just how much more beauty is within and can eventually come out, even if right here and right now so little of it can manifest. Maybe someday that interference will be gone. This just strikes me so deeply at the moment i really wanted to thank you so much for making it.

I don’t know what compelled me to listen to GHOST tonight at 2 am, but I’m so glad I did, because I discovered this song. Currently listening to it for the fourth or fifth time in a row and crying. This perfectly expresses my experience with depression. Just another year of struggling with the same things, trying just hard enough so that I’m still outwardly successful even though I’m deeply unhappy with who I am as a person. I had no idea GHOST could make something so truly beautiful and encouraging. I hope with all my heart that I will find that better self soon.
