I have been doing 'Finance Fridays' for at least 5 years now. I have a weekly task in my PM system with a group of set things I take care of every week. If I think of something else during the week, I just send myself a message in the task to remind myself to do it on Friday (like this week, I will be going through my subscriptions ;) ).
