Subtly Elegant - Visiting Home
Made in a subtle way, with care and attention to detail, in a delicate way, bringing a soft touch and a feeling of refinement, without exaggeration. The house oozes understated elegance, with a style that draws attention in a smooth and natural way.
On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining room, and living room are integrated, creating a cozy and spacious environment. The harmonious connection between these spaces provides a sense of fluidity and facilitates interaction between residents.
As you head upstairs, you will be welcomed by three bedrooms on the second floor, one of which has an integrated bathroom. Rooms are designed with comfort, providing a peaceful retreat. In addition to the bedrooms, there is an additional bathroom and an area with a wine cellar and coffee machine, ideal for enjoying relaxing moments.
The staircase offers a charming view of the neighborhood, giving a special touch to the environment. At the back of the house, there is a complete gourmet area, equipped with a gas barbecue, ideal for meetings and socializing with friends and family. Complementing the space, a swimming pool provides refreshment on hot days. In addition, a functional laundry room makes household chores easier.

Getting better with these layouts, I specifically like that extra space upstairs in the hallway, only I would make that a linen closet. Dont need a drinking station upstairs. Also in the entrance hall, I wouldn't put chairs there but a lovely console with a mirror above it to bring extra light and a lovely tall foliage. Love tye double sinks and the middle bedroom I would make the window from top to bottom 👏👏👏 well done

Great layouts, aslo design! 🤩I love especially the orange bedroom, amazing color combo. The bathrooms views from above is very welcomed, it helps figuring out how much space each section takes. If I had such house I would feel very blessed. ☺
