You know the signature was expected to be a forgery .?! Who misspells their own name. That's right it didn't look like LM signature and it was misspelled add to it she was not notified at the time which is a requirement by law. I can understand her questioning authentication

It would be different if it were a complete stranger or someone out of the family being named or included as a trustee. The name misspelled was Priscilla's, and typos occur in legal documents all the time. As long as it does not change the name or meaning entirely, e.g., LeRoy/Levoy or Patricia/Penelope. Verifying its authenticity would only require having an attorney review it. It certainly would not require a judge, a settlement, a million-dollar upfront payout, an annual salary, and including her son, who is not a Presley and never got along with his half-sister part of her life insurance. If Lisa wanted her mother or brother to receive money, she would have included them in her trust. The point of the new trust was to remove Priscilla because Priscilla had been stealing nearly a million dollars a year from her estate and trying to bankrupt her. Priscilla sued her granddaughter because she wanted to be instated as a trustee to Graceland to be in control. Riley refused and was right to refuse it!

@@ANNA-sd5ys, I am trying to understand what you mean. Lisa Presley did to have a will, she had a revocable trust, which is entirely different than a will. Nothing was sealed by an attorney. The minute Priscilla filed her lawsuit, it was given a case number and became part of the public record, as did the terms and agreement of the settlement became part of the public record. Two things Priscilla was unaware of or did not consider were that court cases are a matter of public record. The internet also allows people access to all these past legal records. That is why you now can download Elvis' divorce, including his deposition, and some of the other lawsuits Priscilla has filed, such as the lien she had placed on Graceland in April of 1977; all of that is coming back to haunt her. She didn't realize people could get all of that information off the court website at the speed of light now.

At this point,, Austin Butler's performance in 'ELVIS" is the definitive version of the King on screen. The Oscar's gave the Best Actor Award to Brendan Fraser, which was a real travesty. Mr. Fraser received the "sympathy" vote for his comeback. Mr. Butler's acting was far superior, much more nuanced and versatile, than Mr. Fraser's. The fact that the Academy awards failed to give even one of the 8 Oscars that "ELVIS' was nominated for to the film speaks volumes about just how out of touch the Academy has become. Fortunately, the Golden Globes, always a more open-minded, inclusive organization, recognized Mr. Butler and awarded him their Best Actor trophy.

Elvis, according to many who knew him personally may have had an Oedipus Rex issue, ( ie with his mother's death etc ). As for his professional life which was extremely demanding, when you consider the amount he achieved within his private circle esp in Graceland he may have been in charge like an army sergeant - Priscilla Presley nee Beaulieu, has been extremely successful in using the 'Presley' name for her own ends. Appearing in many highly paid movies, having a lifestyle of the rich and famous, with many affairs and being successful in business, awards and charity work. Married, pregnant and then divorced from Elvis was she in some way a reason for him to work as hard as he did after 1973 to pay for the separation. This question is rarely asked. Would she have ever become famous, successful in her own right? She has the executive producer rights to the film 'Priscilla'. This seems to be somewhat hypocritical, as her entire success has originated out of the simple fact, she was married to Elvis Presley.
