Hello! I watched a video on youtube a while ago that said for instance, if you think everyone in the world should be a missionary. Then that's your calling. Anytime you decide to pursue something new (such as business or a new job) but deep within you always think of going on missions that's your calling. I would recommend Myles Munroe's "the principles of power and vision" book. I hope this helps.
