I always appreciate Priscilla's perspective and wisdom as well as the honesty in her presentation. I think it is unfortunate and would not use the word privilege for "white" people. We know how powerful a word can be especially with regard to ministry. We study words and their meanings and the intention behind them. I don't disagree with the racial issues but I would use a different word. You use the word privilege in a positive way when you say God chose you for ministry, but the word takes on a negative connotation when is come to simply having white skin. I would use the word being sensitive to a person of color's challenge, particularly historically, as have people of physical, mental and economic challenges. I have received criticism for being insensitive when I express my thoughts on this current popular term. I am OK with that, but I still think we need to consider a term, label or word and whether that really the best presentation.

@Lisa Risen I loved it. He provides great clarification with biblical principles. We are crucified with Christ into one body. It is no longer I or you but Him. That is where the church and the secular world differ. We can't miss it.
