When she said transition was a placebo effect. It hit me how similar this is to being an addict. We're both trying to cover and forget a pain. Both end up eventually ruining our lives. When we get sober we still ha e to deal with all that pain we buried.

All the people who went through these mutilating surgeries, esp. If performed when they were underage, need to sue. That is the quickest way to shut down this industry. Insurance companies will not insure once there are multimillion $ awards. Defending these cases will be difficult bc a person cannot give legal informed consent unless they are given all the risks and benefits to consider prior to surgery. These are experimental procedures. No way do these HC people really know the risks and benefits.

Circumcision had been done on non consenting boys shortly after birth for decades in this country and they were raised to accept this and think this is normal and acceptable. This trans thing is just the latest ploy in fooling people into getting procedures that are not needed.

Im not often moved to tears, even if I feel sympathy and compassion or sorrow, but as someone who has had really severe mastitis and breast cysts and infection that caused really severe pain, any movement was agony, to the point of wanting to be sick, and weeping when when trying to feed my baby, dreading him waking up and needing to be fed, and later on when the cysts developed and infection, repeatedly, and I couldnt cuddle or pick up my little boys until it cleared which could take weeks of repeated antibiotics and draining, your description of the pain you experienced from your remaining breast tissue brought all that back and I really do have so much empathy gor just how ppaingul and enotionally traumatic that would have been. Preying on people who are already vulnerable is absolutely sickening. People who go through trauma are impressionable and just looking for ways to help them feel better. This strong brave woman was brainwashed, lied to and manipulated into situations that were really harmful to her. Confirming gender identity needs to stop, in the 70’s to 90’s people had to have years of therapy before doctors would transition them. It looks like she didn’t even get one consultation before she got her certificate. This is crazy.

I pray she enjoys motherhood and doesn’t dwell on her inability to feed her baby. In the 50-60s in the UK it was the trend to put new mothers on the hormone that stopped prolactin. The women were told that it was not the modern way to feed a baby as powdered milk is available. The women were told that they were not cows and should not act the part of a cow. So, the majority of babies born in the late 50s and the 60s were not breast fed. Of course, this agenda was to cause profits for the powdered milk providers but the mothers couldn’t see that at the time. The mothers took the pills to stop prolactin for around two to three weeks. What is also awful was that many young poverty stricken new mothers had to afford the expensive milk powder for months, instead of providing free milk produced by their own bodies to their babies. No extra feeding of the mother is needed, just as long as she gets food each day she will be able to provide milk for her baby. In rare cases a new mother without any interference from medics cannot provide milk from her breasts so l am not making the claim that all new mothers can produce breast milk, but 99.9% can produce milk.
@c.a.greene8395Ай бұрын
Even extremely small breasted women can breast feed... I was given four beer a day to bring in my milk...while in hospital... Unless your breast is removed, or malformed at birth, there is no reason women should not be able to breast feed their babies
@BlueFlame-q6sАй бұрын
@@c.a.greene8395 are you saying that all women who have had a baby can breastfeed unless they had their breasts removed? My spouse had no milk for our second baby. She has no problems with her breasts but perhaps as she gave birth prematurely it stopped prolactin production.
@patduffyforeverАй бұрын
@@BlueFlame-q6snormally yes. Obviously sometimes things go wrong. But all women who ve had a baby should lactate naturally. Just many find bottle feeding easier and do not feel comfortable with it as very little focus on it in the uk. Of 3 babies born in last two years that I know none were breastfed because none of the mums liked the idea of it. I think nature needs promoting to young people again as it seems they prefer the convenience of bottles and imo are nt able to relax into their femininity long enough to feed. No offence to yr wife as clearly there was a reason she could nt produce milk and then formula is a blessing eh!?

The prevalence and far reaching mental health consequences of trauma are highly underrated in our culture imo. You're in so much pain all the time and you will go to crazy lengths to find some relief. It takes a lot of time, a lot of determination, and a lot of strength to face your feelings and do the work to get better. And if health professionals saw that process for what it was in people who are suffering they would not be so quick to prescribe panaceas that are destined to fail to these desperate people.

I'm called terrible names and told I'm a "republican pawn." What? I'm not a republican, but I definitely see the draw now. FYI, I've always supported transsexuals who have worked to support women, not make us feel uncomfortable or take from us. The real transsexual folks want to walk with us in society, not abuse and manipulate the hard fought rights of women. Please know the difference. I have been told repeatedly that I am a horrible transphobic mom for refusing to give my 17 yr old daughter ( with sudden ROGD) testosterone. I know my daughter was brainwashed into believing that she was a boy, as most of her friends also decided they were trans as well. My children were born with a genetic disease that results in tumours in the central nervous system and testosterone will most likely trigger the tumours to grow as specialists know that in this disease the tumours grow during growth spurts, puberty, and during pregnancy.
