Mbledhja e drejtuar nga kryetarja e kuvendit Jozefina Topalli u mbajt pa praninë e mediave. Zyra e shtypit njoftoi se ishte kërkesa e kryetarit te grupit socialist Gramoz Ruçi, për te hequr nga kalendari draftet me 3/5 qe prishi konsensusin. Vete Ruçi nuk komentoi pas mbledhjes. Por burime pranë PS, thonë për "Vizion Plus" se është kërkuar me shume kohe për shqyrtimin e këtyre nismave ligjore. Ne pritje për tu miratuar janë edhe ndryshimet ne Kodin Penal, si dhe ligji për Gjykatën Administrative.
