Hi, Kate. Good video. I like the Vincent van Gogh style and colours of the cards. "These cards beg to be contemplated". Beautifully said! They'll definitely elevate the serious student. Yes, it's all about "connecting" and "story-telling". I also like the pentacles; flowers = nature = art. And the chariot: "forward and upward", come sunshine or rain. The colorless one looks like etchings which makes it interesting. But I think I like the color one better because I just love the indigo color of it.

These look like great cards! I've been interested in learning to read tarot cards and I really like this deck. The idea of making a connected panorama is a great idea and just seeing that now helped me better understand how the minor archana cards can relate to each other on a spectrum. So this deck makes a lot of sense to me as someone who knows next to nothing about terot cards and reading, but I think I understand the general idea. I also like the color and non color options for the deck. As much as I love color and know that color is significant I also know that not everyone can see color and in the dark colors are not seen and a lack of color could help place the focus on the feeling or thought of the card and not the visual beauty as much. Just like black text on a white suppot, all attention is placed on the idea without extra layers of design to interpret and which may be a distraction. But, the colored cards are beautiful. I also like your idea that these cards make you think deeply about the question you are working on. I agree with the idea that tarot cards are a tool used to help think about a question in a different way, the cards act as a stimulus for idea generation. Anyways I will check out these cards. Thank you Kate for this fantastic side-by-sde review! You highlighted many of my favorite things about these decks and their "deep feel". I just purchased the Light Visions last week (the Prisma Visions was my first deck that I bought in 2016) and I've been loving working with the Light Visions slightly different energy and feel. I was thinking that using them together in a joint reading for 2 clients, or even to examine a complex issue would be really neat. Or for yourself one could be used to examine your "light side" and one could be used for your "shadow side". Anyway, great review!

I love using the Prisma Visions Tarot. It's also great to see it regaining popularity again. I had no idea the Light Visions Tarot was being rereleased. Very cool. However, I will stick with my Prisma Visions Tarot since I don't tend to resonate with black and white decks but it was great to see the differences between the two decks.

I recently got the Prisma Visio deck and am absolutely in love with it! However, I made the mistake of not buying it directly on the artist’s site which was a lot cheaper but I didn’t get the Guidebook with it :/ As a beginner that would be really helpful to me but if I’d buy it separately the shipping would be three times the amount of the actual prize... Any idea how and where I could get the guidebook or maybe download it?

Hai kate I saw a tarot deck on KZbin but can seems to find the name of the deck in the deck one of the the card had a young boy looking at a computer like a spying card or looking for information and there is a african mask on the wall the moon card had a pregnant woman on it and it is in 4 different languages tarot decks 10 of sword is a man with needle in his back it's so frustrating cos I loveeee the deck but just can't find it hope you can help🙏

I detest thick cardboardy cards. Why don’t deck creators use playing card stock? Very frustrating.

Yeah, I prefer more soft, bendy cards too. But some like their cards to be high quality stock and durable. I appreciate a good quality card stock too, but find it never feels as good to shuffle as the cheaper cards.
