To relax someone, you must use yellow light instead of blue bcz blue light isn't good for eyes while the yellow light gives warmth and relaxation

Blue makes it cozier for me. I have a LED lamp that is blue and casts those wave-like reflections on the wall - I love it so much! Yellow light makes me feel more awake, personally.
