This is the worst thing I've ever heard from travellers in Africa and I have been doing it worldwide for over 40 years. I would have said Kenya has (had!) one of the least corrupt police forces but looks like you hit the jackpot. I will spread the word, and if you know the name of the guy who screwed you over it really needs putting on Social Media. Get as far away from him as possible and leave Kenya. You've got to understand...... getting into the country through one of the most remotest parts of the country and actually staying for days without a stamp...... I lived 8 years in a 3rd world country in Asia. Many of your experiences, I experienced there. From your footage of Africa...all I can think is what a shit hole. Corruption and a deep seeded hatred of foreigners. Seems like you are only as good as the money in your pocket. That is why people smile at you.
