After watching Wes I started reflecting on my life review, and I found a lesson for growth or correction in every bad thing that has happened. When a woman coldly dumped me by text recently it really hurt, but then I remembered how many times I did that myself. Now I know how they felt. That was a great lesson that needed to happen.

A lot of it was down to Wes just telling me to quit the excuses and bitchin’, to ‘love’ my pain! Had trouble with girls since I was miserable from the breakdown of a 5 year high school relationship (that’s when I started watching Wes), have a new girlfriend who is nice (but also very difficult)-we working through our problems Good you’re doing well- Covid really got everyone down

Bro; seriously, I used to write gratitude lists every night because I would have 10 good things happen and always let the one bad thing ruminate and ruin my week. Once I started writing goals and gratitude last it changed my mind so much! Your mind is always paying attention and the more positive shot you think about the more positive your life will become. The gym is a good start. Now force yourself to write for 30 days, every single day and one longer day on Sunday when you go over the entire weeks writings and write a week follow up. After 30 day’s it’ll just become habit.

You motivate the shit out of me bruh! WE ALL have so much to teach eachother! Love your neighbor as yourself! We all have our challenges and unique ways of looking at things! So let us constantly keep in mind the level of perception that another might be on! Let us LIFT ONE ANOTHER UP! Let us HOLD eachother! Let us all PROGRESS TOGETHER as HUMAN BEINGS! and let us help all other lifeforms progress to the best of our ability! MAY MORE ADVANCED lifeforms than us operate on that same frequency!
