Fun story. First day in gen In feds I almost got handled by my race because I sat with the brothers cuz this light skin brother flagged me over and offered me a seat. I’m from Chicago and race politics are a lot different in the southwest. I had a fro myself and am mixed so it didn’t matter to me but ultimately had to ride with SS til I got shipped. it was a peaceful facility so It didn’t matter to me. Everyone for the most part kept their distance and rode their time peacefully.

I got on Wes Watsons fitness program a few months before leaving for basic training. It changed my life and completely leveled up my fitness. I can honestly say I learned more about discipline, structure and organization from listening to a few of his videos in less than an hour than I did from drill sergeants in nine months during basic and advanced training. I would love to know how many young people watched these videos, and chose to give up the path they were on that was heading straight to prison. I am willing to bet that many lives have been changed for the better because of the message Wes ultimately gives out. Respect
