@@tasteful-attitude Wrong. Only those countries that adopted the same econ policies as the Great Imbecile in the White House experienced inflation. Those who did not, e.g. Japan, Switzerland, et al, haven't suffered from inflation.

Awesome workout. I don't want to be negative here but I had a herniated disc at L4/L5/S1 last year while doing burpees that has left me with a permanent spinal cord injury. The fierce end range compression on that lower back/lumbar region as you transition in and out of the movement is a serious concern so lets be careful out there people!

Those wood clamps can be used to depress your brake or gas pedal if you ever need to work on your brake lights or accelerator if no one else is around. Just flip the clamping pads to where the are facing away from each other. Then rest one against the pedal and the other against your driver's seat, squeeze the clamp trigger until it wedges itself to where you need it.

damn staying fit. nice tip with 2 blocks for the burbies. old man style :) you should try the rings, i bought some a few years ago and it's the best and cheapest gear i ever had. you can do just about anything with them. nice with the house you have skills now ) one question. why do you make a horizontal fundament over there? is it the soft ground or something to do with the cold winter.

I will get rid of the blocks soon. It's recommended to start with some elevation in order to get used to the routine.

Man if you're doing that workout a few days a week try the Carnivore diet or a modified Carnivore diet. I've been doing 90%-95% only meat and eggs for 11 months I've put on atleast 10-15lbs of muscle 💪 and lost a few inches in my waste. After doing it a couple of months you won't want to eat any carbs if you do it won't be much. You can eat as much as you want but eating meat you really don't have any craving for junk food.

@SurvivalRussia7 ай бұрын
@End0fst0ry7 ай бұрын
