It was very well acted. Did you notice that she almost imperceptibly recoils from her daughter when the subject is initially brought up. It was instinctive and she quickly stopped herself. The way Erica presents herself, just the air about her, her stride, her demeanor, _everything_ about her is exquisite. She's strict but fair most of the time. She's classy, doesn't "lose her head" in tough situations. She cares for the women and treats them like the human beings they are, even encouraging them to talk with her if they have a problem or are struggling with something personal. She's maternal in may ways despite not having children of her own. This is probably why she loves her job and partly why the women have respect for her and like her. She's got a sense of humor while still being capable of taking her job very seriously. She's beautiful. She's sexy af when she gets steamed up and uses her authority. I'd say she'd make a straight woman's head turn.

I know it would be difficult for a mother to think a criminal would protect your child, but it isn't impossible. It's unfortunate that Colleen won't believe this, especially when her own daughter promises it to be true. I feel bad for Carol because she was caught up in an abusive relationship. People don't understand that, either, why a woman won't leave an abusive relationship. You just don't get it until you've been there. Uh...Mrs. Davidson gave orders for Colleen _not_ to check in Carol but Meg just hands over the sheet and lets her presume?? That shouldn't have been allowed.

What would you class as obese then? She's a size 18-20 dress size ffs.
@barrymilota36907 жыл бұрын
There's overweight and then there's obese which means technically means "very overweight." My perception, could be wrong, is that Helen was overweight, but not to the point of being obese. Technically, at glance I would have guessed that her BMI was between 26-29 which is overweight, but not quite 30+ which is considered obese. Also, maybe Helen does wear size 18-20, but I would have guessed a 14.The other point is that although Helen is overweight, I don't think it's to the point of being unattractive. Somebody like Carol, on the other hand, is too thin but she might look better if she at least had bigger boobs. Carol doesn't have a very pretty face like Helen though.I agree that Helen would be even more attractive if she was thinner, but I just don't think she's ugly to the point where I would call her an obese bitch. Everybody has their own preferences though.

When Mr. Douglas comes in to talk and make sure departmental rules are followed how come Mrs. Davidson can have liquor in her office so handy out in the open. Lizzie has already in the past drank some of it. Officer Powell is going to get in deep trouble if she does something to the new prisoner. She won't be able to stop herself from laying down her own law against the woman who in the end had stopped the man who was going to kill her daughter.

Detective to Powell “ your daughter,,she’s taken it very well “. Who writes this ? 😂😂
@392Lesley11 жыл бұрын
Hold on here..... you just find out that your daughter is safe after being held hostage by dangerous criminals, police come to take you to her in hospital and will wait in the car while you get dressed, and the first thing you do is ring work??????????

Awww, leave my Colleen alone, lol. She loves her job remember! And they've supported her through this terrible time for any mother...

Think she meant she'd have to ring work to say she wouldn't be in as she'd be going to collect her

This whole storyline about Bea's not having freedom of expression/the press is depressing. Trying to take everyone's writing materials, ridiculous. Meg is right. So is Mr. Faulkner.
@8ballpoolking19 жыл бұрын
You are absolutely right. Unfortunately, it just typifies the ridiculously unfair attitude of the department. Then they wonder why they get strikes and riots.........

Prisoners, then and now, have only 4 basic rights. The right to food, the right to be sheltered, the right to legal advice and the right to medical care. Everything else, without exception, is a privilege that has to be earned by good behaviour. That's not me talking, them's the rules. In Mrs Davidson, they've got a liberal governor who gives them as much leeway as she can - often more than she should - so they're perhaps not savvy enough to figure out that petty nonsense like nicking biscuits from the kitchen can rebound on them big time. My guess is that Erica probably agrees with what Bea has written but her hands are tied. And Bea, though she wouldn't admit it, knows that too.

And also colleen had a good dry sense of humour. When they had her doing dirty bidding with dr Peterson was not colleens character. I liked her original character and i could even handle her been out raged with the girl friends rapist boyfriend with her daughter. A good mother is very very protective

Carol actually killed the bastard who raped her daughter. Saved her the trouble.
@MissX90510 ай бұрын
She always acts so high and mighty to the prisoners meanwhile she is a very crooked "screw". Maybe Kate will come to her senses a bit in the looney ward and tell what she all knows and names Powell's shady dealings too
@1981Galadriel8 жыл бұрын
Does Meg have any spine at all? She doesn't even make any attempt to argue with Colleen when Colleen wants to take over. Erica wanted her to take care of things for Carol's sake and Colleen's. She should be aware that emotions are running high enough for Colleen to Act unprofessionally. Judith was really good during this storyline. I'm actually starting to like her again. But I guess she has to simmer down since her time as interim bitch is coming to a close.
@davymania7005 жыл бұрын
Absolutely agree with all that.. Don't know why Meg didn't interject as Favour specifically requested Meg to induct Carol

What's harsh about that, I will go further. Anti social nonsense society has to put up with from the undeserving poor. I'm not rich but instilled in my son not to thieve, do drugs or be a lay about. People need to concentrate on bringing their children up properly instead of just thinking about themselves.
