Love these old Crane toilets and urinals - epic original vintage restroom!

I agree, they don't make them like they used to.

Awesome fixtures! I remember a vintage library that me and my family used to go to that had these exact same fixtures but they were from 1962

I also forgot that there was a 1957 Standard Glenco toilet as well! There were three 1962 Crane Cromwell urinals, two 1962 Crane Walton toilets, and one 1957 Standard Glenco toilet! The 1957 Standard Glenco toilet was actually a replacement which is strange! They must have had either an extra toilet with them or they probably got the 1957 Standard Glenco toilet from a local salvage yard! The Women's room had three more 1962 Crane Walton toilets, one 1985 American Standard Afwall, one 1999 Wallhung Gerber Northpoint, and a 2011 American Standard Afwall!

I love the Waltons and the tile. The urinals aren't especially good but they complete the look.

Back in the 80's, bathrooms like this were still everywhere and all original. Very rare to see one now, sadly.

No they're just cheap cold and barren with no sense of style whatsoever. Wall tile is a lost art and color seems to be a lost art too.

Exactly what I had in frosh dorm in 1972. Each floor in a triangle spoke dorm had 40 rooms, 74 residents or less/floor, 2 bathrooms at the center with 4 Correcto piss pots (2 per side of triangle, 6 Walton terlits at narrow back apex behind piss pots, and 8 shower stalls and 8 sinks at wide front end w/ 2 entrances. Intetesting layout. 1950's. Upper class was more conventional long corridor w/ 40 rooms, again per floor, 2 bathrooms in center with a 6 room zig zag dog leg offset, 4 Correcto piss pots in a row, along with 3 Walton terlits on same wall. 1950's. Opposite that was 4 sinks, and at the end, far away from entrance was a big public shower room with 8 shower heads. No privacy except in terlit stalls. Dorm buildings were segregated by sex. BUT upper class had a 1950's wall sink at end of every dorm room. My room on first floor (as all first floor rooms in this dorm type) for 3 years had private bathrooms with shower stall in each dorm room. There were only 12 of these rooms in each building. Initial use was for all RA's for first floor rooms. It was a free for all upstairs, so that didn't work out too well. So the RA's were dispersed upstairs 2 per floor and the cushy private bath dorm rooms went via lottery or being a fave of dorm director. I got my private bath dorm room due to lack of fire alarm for deaf peeps upstairs. I've slept through a few alarms and my folks were extremely concerned since I lost 10 lifelong deaf friends in a smoky KY hotel fire in 1969 that I couldn't attend with them. No alarms, no sprinklers then. Yeah, that was traumatic. (All fixtures Crane on entire campus.) Seems Crane was a big supplier in the midwest in educational institutions.

Only real men get pleasure out of inspecting nice bathrooms 😅 I love checking out good / bad plumbing. I see a lot more bad plumbing than I do good though here in AZ 😂
