I've seen their case papers and they'll gladly show you on request. It's some business dispute of around Rs. 5cr, where the opposing party has requested the court to attach this property. It's a relatively low risk court case as the opposing party doesn't have a strong case.

@@shoaibchikate616 Its not a cheap flat. Price is little less so is the possesion also around three years more. consider the rent it will be 90Lakhs for 2 bhk. Also, any society which we cannot see, is hard to get convinced easilt, Also if it is the first flat or the only flat you are thinking to buy in recent future.
