Today on Kavlie's Packs we open a 1996-1997 Fleer Ultra Basketball Card Box in search of a high-grade Kobe Bryant Fleer Ultra Rookie Card. As you'll see, we run into some bricked cards which can happen with 90's sports cards. Watch to find out if we come out of it with a mint Kobe!

Put packs in the refrigerator for at least 10-15 minutes before opening. This helps a lot with the bricking. You could’ve probably saved most of the cards

This is series 2 and these cards were notorious for sticking together.

Fleet Ultra always had the sticking problem. Not as bad as this, but they would still stick. I remember opening packs in 92’ on the hunt for Shaq and being scared of the sticking and they were brand new!

The box I opend today the same box just 20 packs, the cards stuck together, 3 Kobe’s out of it and a MJ and few other superstars

Ultra cards always had severe edge issues. They must have cut the card when the ink was still wet.
