Most Pristyn doctors report a conversion anywhere from 60%-70% to well over 90%. There are also doctors with 98- 99% OPD to IPD conversion rate. Doctors with a poor conversion ratio are slowly weeded out of the system that way. Pristyn Care’s fervent pursuit of growth is also causing its employees to work in toxic environments, sometimes leading to absurd situations. The company attrition stood at 97%-which means the company virtually saw the entire company churn within a year.

I used priston care to a surgery, but I have a bad experience with theire service. There doctor have no proper treatment idea, and there care co ordinator are very fake person. Their fake commitment I suffered. So I suggest people to avoid their service.
