Very beautiful home. I love the large windows, the finish, closets, structure, spaces, and walk-in closet. This would have been an easy buy if the owner's bathroom was bigger and had a bathtub or jacuzzi.

😂 fellow Kenyans did you know buying such a house with the idea of renting it out for a maximum of 150k it would take you around 15yrs for you to start earning from it... Membly is on your way to Ruiru from kahawa west, .... mazematic....if you want a retirement home with 10m , you can buy land , build your home in a large piece of land,abog Palacio home, and invest in the remaining 16m 😢😂😂

The lack of trees in so many modern African constructions I see in the media is ridiculous. When I see those big Nigerian houses without a single large tree in sight, I think "madness and ignorance". And they cover the floor with concrete to make the whole neighborhood even more hot and dry! Madness...

Good exterior but very tiny bathrooms. The size of bedrooms too seem small, The toilet space in master is laughable.😂 Tell us the size of the plot.. i wish the developer had extended the building by 2-4feet to have ample space inside
