@@PaoloRigotti hello! Just went there two weeks ago. More people are visiting the area, the guard is no longer strict, we even entered thru their gate (which before was restricted). The beachfront where you walked is already closed because of the ongoing construction.

@@PaoloRigotti well, you said they bought the area meaning it's a private property already. corporations that own these "private lands" will hinder most likely people/trespassers from even stepping into the area and taking videos/photos. it's better to be on the safer side specially with security guards are around. don't wanna get into some trouble hehe 😘

Finally, a glorious sunset. Congrats! Unfortunately, big corps buy off these locations and denying the public access to what should have been accessible and open to them. I bet their new resort will be named "Mogikan" or "Mopahuway". 😁 BTW, I tried to contribute a comment on your laptop video but it did not register after several attempts. It seems this happens randomly every now and then. I'm not sure if you inadvertently deactivated comments or just the usual run-of-the-mill YT platform bug. This occasionally happens at my end too. Sometimes, I get a notification of a comment on my videos but it does not show up when viewed. Other times, it would show up in YT Studio under Comments>Held For Review. You might want to check up on it. Ya, YT is weird. 😏

Sir Pao, those people are just living nearby and friends of the guard. When we were their before they too shun us to be in that place. They won't allow outsiders to come into that area. Before Modala came, that was a haven for all. But now no more. In the long run Modala is planning to buy all those houses living within Modala to make them an exclusive island as what the Fisher folks I talked before.

For what I know, beaches in the Philippines are all public. 🤔 It's kinda weird that they didn't let me stay there cause there were so many people around actually. ...the guard also told me that I'm not allowed to post the videos. Oops! 😜
