I'm sorry, but the best type of stand up is when the comedians get so into it that they start laughing and the entire show/act is temporarily derailed.

It’s what I love so much about panel shows! There just isn’t that unscripted interaction between groups of people in American comedy. There’s something so “chummy” about British comedy 😁, like you’re getting a peek at what hanging out with these folks would be like.

Love how Dara and Ed just leave the others in their wake. Andy and Rob try and be part of it, but are soon left behind, as the other two just carry on. It shows just how similar Ed and Dara's comedy is, and how close friends they are (Ed was best man at Dara's wedding) when they can both spark each other off like this. Notice it seemed like only Ed got "Colonel Abrams".
@AutomaticDuck3005 жыл бұрын
I genuinely saw Dara in my city a couple of years ago and he was walking near the harbour where the army recruitment centre is. I was so tempted to say "Hey, you know that place is for army recruitment? You should go, you might see Private Browsing."

@@Jimplaysdrums Colonel Abrams did a song called "Trapped" (look it up on YT). Dara was trying to come up with other army ranks he could link in with Major Damage, and General Recklessness, and his amazing improv skills came up with Colonel Abrams which obviously only Ed got and no one else had heard of.
