So true Murray. Not so long ago I was speaking with 2 chefs that were looking at knocking it on the head, not because they didn't enjoy working with food, but because of the lack of creative freedom/learning limitations and of course the projection of salary that may hamper "life goals." I gave the same advice.. because many restaurant chefs leave the industry not realising about the other pathways, Yachts, Luxury Chalets, Private households- from Grand country Estates to Palaces, Villas, River boats (even in Scotland😂) etc etc. Great work mate, all the best!🔥
