I understand that public market in brazil was very active on the other hand, the nuber of players at that time in pe field were few so many opportunities were there.

Very straight forward and iluminating, though some statements are not in line with reality anymore....Brazil did had an exchange rate increase and Argentina did not change a bit since then...apart from that he was absolutely acurate and an example that should be followed.
