I know it contains lots of variable but we want few references, Like if our company makes profit of 5 / 10 lakh, than how much fees we should pay for CA for annual Compliances. Accountant fees ! Any other cost to remember so get the overall idea that if we start the Pvt Ltd co. Hi Sir, I have a question about possibility and legality Say, me and my wife have a combined annual income of ~60 Lakh and out of which we are paying around 9.5 Lakh in income tax every year. We have a joint home loan and other investments in place (Tax savings). So would it be possible to create a PLC and transfer the ownership of the house to PLC name and we give rent to our own PLC (Lets say 1,15,000 per month) ? This way one of us will be able to claim around 14,00,000 as in HRA (as per already there in payslip) ? And since the Home Loan emi is ~60k and interior loan emi is ~9k, the total income of PLC per month will be around 45000 per month. I also have a plan to buy new houses for rental purposes under the same company name, would it be added benefit in terms of tax if we use a PLC instead of our own name ? Is it legal to pay rent to our own company's home ? Also, please consider the same home as company's address. Thanks in advance for clarifying.
