That bird on that painting is actually not random. It's a pelican and his name is Petros. He was the mascot of Mykonos from 1958 to 1985(he got hit by a car and died). Here in Greece almost everyone knows about it. You can look it up on wikipedia for more details. But yeah.

I'd love a video where you talk about how to live your life for YOURSELF only, how to block out people (ofc, only when needed)...I struggle with that, I care way too much about everyone and everything, what they say or think, and it bothers me. I'm saying this cause confrontation with people makes me struggle a lot and adds up to the anxiety (I'm in med school and I wanna be able to give it my best, and I feel like if I started living for myself , I'd definitely would be able to). Remi!! The bird in the bathroom's painting in the first hotel is not just any bird!! It's Mykonos' mascot. A couple of years ago a fisherman (i think) found that bird that was realy hurt in Mykonos' port, took care of it and once the bird recovered, it never left the port! So the local people started taking care of him, they even gave him a name, Petros, and eventualy became the official island's mascott :)

Ahh I miss Mykonos! I hope you got to see the wind mills in the main town. Santorini is great too! I highly recommend watching the sunset in Oia, the boat excursion to the volcanoes and iron hot spring, & a meal at Mama's House in Fira!
