Have you read "First Break All the Rules?" A very good read. 📚 You are so right about employment documents. Ne very careful to stay on job related topics only and be prepared to defend and justify your questions. Contracts are sticky and messy and don't protect you if they are not worded correctly. Semantics are very important to pay attention to.

Lol. That’s in the works. that will be my plan in three years. Unfortunately, I have to pay someone who has access to a studio to narrate my book. With time and money anything is possible!

@@crimbullet if you have the book in PDF file, you can use a reader to listen to it. I did that with my police academy books and got thru the books that way. Reading is to hard for me too, I learn better by listening.

😂 😂. Unfortunately, when I’m at work I cannot like or respond to comments since my channel is monetized. been in trouble too many times. A few minutes after work or before, I like to respond as fast as possible. At my work, I signed an agreement that states information accessed by my employer router, is discoverable.

Got offered a new job day shift in a downtown county building. Great hours just reviews about the company and management is terrible. Dnt know wat to do my current company is great from management to payroll to flexibility it’s just graveyard that I dnt like. The new job is morning shift but is the reviews are bad. Might not be worth it. Can u recommend a good OC spray for security officers?? Thanks for your knowledge brother.

Nice! First Defense or Sabre are good products. I personally carry First Defense after having to use it many times and seeing it work. I would not put too much weight into reviews, because those who put negative reviews are usually disgruntled employees who were disciplined for legitimate reasons. If you’re current company treats you well, just keep in mind that the grass isn’t always greener on the other side.
